The four pillars

Everything I do rests on four things.

01
Strengths
CliftonStrengths-based leadership, applied strategically.
02
Resilience
Built through real experience, not theory.
03
Leadership Energy
The drive that sustains focus and momentum.
04
High Performance
Clarity, confidence and results, sustained over time.
What I do

Strengths, applied where leadership is hardest.

I work with leaders at different stages of their leadership journey — from high-potential talent through to senior executives — helping them strengthen leadership effectiveness, apply strengths strategically and sustain performance in demanding environments.

My approach is grounded in advanced CliftonStrengths application, leadership development and real-world resilience, helping leaders sustain leadership energy and perform at their best under pressure and complexity.

surgeries — and a first-hand understanding of rebuilding under pressure.
My story

In 2013, a near-fatal accident changed my life.

It reshaped how I understand resilience, leadership and performance under pressure. Since then, I have undergone more than 20 surgeries and experienced first-hand what it means to rebuild through uncertainty, setbacks and change.

That experience deepened my understanding of how strengths influence not only success, but also how we navigate pressure, recovery and challenge.

Today, that perspective shapes how I support leaders in sustaining clarity, confidence and performance in demanding environments.

How I work

Practical, and built to last.

I combine strengths-based performance, leadership coaching and resilience strategies to support leaders navigating pressure, complexity and change.

My focus is always practical application — helping leaders strengthen decision-making, communicate effectively and perform at a high level in a way that is sustainable and aligned to how they work best.

A focus on women in leadership

Helping capable women lead at their full impact.

I am particularly passionate about supporting professional women in leadership. Many highly capable women operate below their full impact — not because of ability, but because of confidence, visibility or how they position their value.

My work helps women step forward with greater clarity, confidence and authority — that feels both authentic and effective.

Leadership will always involve pressure.

My work is about helping leaders navigate that effectively — applying their strengths strategically, sustaining performance and leading with greater clarity, confidence and resilience over time.
